Delete your account

Deleting your account is permanent. Here’s exactly what happens.

What we erase

  • Your email address
  • Your active sign-in sessions
  • Any pending, unverified sign-in codes
  • Your curated channel selections
  • The link between your account and each paired device

What we keep, and why

  • Subscription billing records, kept for 7 years for tax and accounting. These hold no personal details.
  • Anti-abuse device markers, so a deleted account can’t start a fresh free trial on the same hardware.
  • A non-identifying deletion record: a one-way hash of your email. We cannot recover your email from it.
  • Our payment processor’s own copy of your subscription, governed by their data terms, which we don’t control.
  • Brevo’s email send-history, including the one final “Account deleted” message.

Want to cancel without deleting?

Cancel keeps your account, lets you sign back in, and preserves access through the end of your current billing period.

Delete is permanent: your subscription is canceled immediately and your account data is wiped. You forfeit any remaining paid days.

  3. Your sign-in sessions stop working right away.
  4. Your account data is wiped, except for the items listed above.
  5. You receive one final “Account deleted” email. That’s the last email from us.
